    hi, now the customer email shot has html, could it be possible to have a prospective customer menu,
    which we could input a csv file of names, addresses contact details etc and then do a mail shot to them
    and if they turn into a customer have a 'switch' to customer not prospective?

    Hi. The system was not designed for mass emailing campaigns to prospective customers. To do that properly you really need the services of an email marketing company, because you need to find out which emails addresses are good and which bounce. You also need to have some mechanism to allow recipients to unsubscribe to your email shots. Currently Adminsoft Accounts can't do these things. But most email marketing companies can handle them automatically for you.
