    Once a very wise man man told me, you have your business plan and you have figures, now half the probable income and double the outgoings and after that if it still shows a profit you may just make it it work if you work hard

    The very wise man was right on. One thing I'd add, along with working hard is loving what you do. If not, it's easy to lose motivation. Money alone isn't enough for some of us.
